We believe that every person is smart in our own, different ways. However, financial planning is a complex subject. Although many people are knowledgeable in some areas, most people are not knowledgeable in every area of financial planning. Many well-educated people have made unwise financial decisions because they acted before they consulted a Financial Advisor. Everyone is different when it comes to their level of financial knowledge. We help people that know a thing or two about financial planning like accountants and insurance professionals at the same time serving our community and people that might not be as financially savvy like first responders, corporate professionals, and attorneys. Regardless who you are, and what you may or may not know, we promise to understand where you are today, educate you to whatever degree of understanding you seek to have, and communicate at a level you understand.

Our core values are important because they apply not only to ourselves but also to our clients. If a person cannot follow these core values, it is unfortunate but they likely are not a good fit to be our client. That being said, you can expect to see and feel these values when you work with us.

HONESTY

Many times, we are in a position to tell clients what they need to hear, not necessarily what they want to hear. Honesty is necessary in these instances regardless of how difficult the conversation may need to be.


In addition, if a client is not honest with us we cannot get accurate information we need to provide our service. We promise to have open and direct conversation, free of judgement, to make our clients comfortable telling us everything they need to regardless if it is an easy conversation or not.

RESPECT

Without respect it is difficult to maintain a professional relationship. This applies to everything from respecting each other's time to each other's opinions. There are instances when a client may disagree with our recommendation in some way. We will always respect your opinion while standing by our recommendation. At the end of the day hopefully getting to middle ground.


 In addition, time is valuable and just as we do not look to waste your time, we look to maximize our use of time. We understand that things happen, people can be late and/or need to reschedule and that as fine as long as we receive the respect of being notified as soon as possible.

RESPONSIBILITY

Responsibility is crucial in having a working relationship with our clients. We can schedule meetings, give you remarkable planning analysis and recommendations, and help with implementing the recommendations. However, it is up to the client to make sure they show up to the appointments, they listen and do their best to understand the plan and recommendations.


Also, making sure they keep up with any email communications and signing any necessary documents. In exchange, clients receive efficient service as well as us holding the majority of responsibility for continual communication.
